These terms apply to your use of the Persea marketing website at persea.tech. Use of the Persea product (app.persea.ag) is governed by a separate subscription agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or automated form entries;
• scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the site beyond what robots.txt permits;
• interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access non-public areas.

3. Intellectual property

The Persea name, logo, marketing copy, and visual design are owned by Persea. Feature references to third-party standards (SGMA, FSMA) and technologies (YOLO, etc.) are descriptive and do not imply endorsement.

4. Forward-looking statements

Copy on this site may describe product capabilities still under development. Features marked “coming soon” are not yet available. Statistics and benchmarks are illustrative targets unless cited with a source.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the content is error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persea is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketing site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
